Major side EFFECTS today

Hey bros,

Just thought I would up date everyone with my progress and the side effects I am experiencing!

I am entering my 3rd week... 35 mg/day d-bol (Ref-b )

350 mg of Deca / week (Brovel deca 200)

for the first 2 weeks --- nothing...
Then blam last night, I could really feel the pump and incredible strength. I also increased my protein recently, so that helped too.

BUT the side effects are unreal!!!

1) My girlfriend can't keep her hands off of me
2) Women walking down the street stop and whistle at me
3) Guys at the gym are asking for my advice on how to work out

Any way, I'll take these type of side effects any day.

But seriously, my only problems have been some muscle cramping (from the d-bol and not drinking enough water I'm sure).

Sorry bro that sucks. Drink more water though.
Keep at it and train like never before. And when people start asking what's up, tell them creatine and tell them you are eating like 5000kcal daily. For some reason, the dumb asses at my gym, well, the ones who don't juice and have no expereince with it, SEEM to buy that at least. The ones who do know always ask what I'm on.
 
Bro, it may not be the water. I drink plenty of water & my last time on d-bol I was at 45mgED & I started cramping very very badly, especially after my workouts. Come to find out I wasn't taking in enough sodium. Now I load my food with Morton light half sodium half potasium chloride
 
congrats. i cant wait to start my next cyc. prop/eq i may throw in some d-bol. have never used it. anyway nice job!
 
Well I was talking to a friend of mine who competes & I had told him that I started eating an extra banana every day & my water intake is always around 2gal a day or more. He told me to try bumping up my sodium intake because d-bol depletes your sodium stores. I'm not sure if it's just d-bol or others that do it as well. But, at any rate it worked. I was cramping horribly bad. I couldn't even reach accross my body when taking a shower to wash w/out my chest cramping.

5000kcals ... nathan .... you are the only person i have seen to ever use caloric notion correctly, karma bro (its grey ,i know)

BTW, this is the 2nd cycle of my life.
I did a short (4 week cycle) last fall... even still I got some pretty good gains, the most of my life. I have lifted heavy and hard for years but I could never get past my plateau.

This 2nd cycle seems to be starting to pick up where that one left off, even though i took 4 months off from the weights this past winter.
BTW, I did 4 weeks of weights without any steroids to build up my base first... I got incredible gains that first month with no juice, but just by getting off my ass and going to the gym.

I think its important to share info and progress on here...

I think this will be a 8 - 10 week cycle, if I can fix the cramping... ouch... (salt, salt, salt, where's the salt).

then I will probably go on clen to do some cutting for a couple months before thinking of doing more juice.

IN moderation bro, balance it with the Potassium. Deca elevates your fluid retention (hence all the Deca/Winny cycles....alleviating the joint pain from depletion on Winny)....with fluid retention comes hypertension (high blood pressure) and with DBol, yet again. Make sure you check your BP regularly, if you start getting up there, you'll risk an anerism...and the gains won't make a difference.

As an ex-high BP patient (prior to my weight loss and muscle gains....loss of 96# plus and gains of 40# plus) I watch this like a hawk. There's too many that slough it off and you see or hear about the aid car at the gym.

Bro watch your blood pressure with salt, you do not want to pop a heart....
