major protein shake diarria

just bought this new whey protein isolate.. im on 500mg/wk sust.. really bad diarria (is that how its spelled??).. wtf??

I don't get it from shakes, but when I am on a strick diet and then add something different, such as only a single apple, then I will get it sometimes. It should go away once your body adjusts.

Did you happen to see the show Flavor of Love? Sorry to say I did. At the end of each show all the girls line up and the one that Flav does not give a clock to goes home. During the line up. One of the girls goes running up the stairs (it is filmed in Flav's house). Next thing you hear are the other contestants screaming. The girl could not hold it and left a trail all the way to the bathroom. So they filmed all this and even the walk up the stairs to confront her. She peeked her head out the door and said " come on it could happen to anyone " I thought I was going to die laughing.

Are you mixing the protein with milk or water?

I ask because for me personally, if I mix any protein powder of any brand with milk, I will death shit and clear out the entire building.

With water, I'm good as gold, no issues. We are all made different though so that may not be the case with you...

when I switch powders I use papaya enzyme tabs. always helps me. but since I found Isopure, I have had no problems ever. also, No explode will burn my ass up to the point where I am crying on the bowl. I hate that shit, too bad it works so well

Wow you all have some sensitive stomachs, what do you do when you take a girl out.... you must get some bad gas pains sucking that smog back into your body Seriously though, take some digestive enzymes and eat some natural whole foods with your shakes. Your body is not made to function on shakes alone and will "misfire" and make you one smelly giant.
