Looking for a training routine with the sole purpose of preserving muscle and strength for the next 4-6 weeks, in other words - maintaining. No shock methods, no max-reps, just a simple routine to maintain before I start cutting. Thoughts?
Legs-
3x15-8 Squats
3x6 Leg Press
2x10 Leg Curls
2x10 Extensions
4x15-8 Calf Raises
It's nothing special. Pretty basic routine with simple exercises that I'm having good sucess with. I too am waiting a few weeks until I switch my diet(and supps primo/var lol) to a cutting phase.
