Maintaining Weight/Muscle Losing Fat?

okay last friday and the week before that friday i weighed in the Same weight... I weight myself today just for the heck of it and it was the same so i was thinking hmmm what can be wrong,cals are low and stuff ...............

1)Water Retention?
2)Constipation -eating all that protien
3)Losing Fat Slowly but maintain current weight and muscle?POSSIBLE?
 
I am in the same boat. I've been dieting and working out (lifting+cardio) since Jan. 1. I started at 191lbs, dropped to 185lbs after 1 week, and now back to 190 lbs. I haven't been tracking bodyfat %, but my pants that were tight at the waist are now loose and I've gone down a notch on my belt. I can definately see the difference in the mirror and the weight on my lifts has gone up. So I can only presume that my BF has gone down and my lean mass has gone up to maintain the original weight. Other than lifting and eating high protien, my only mass-building supplement has been 1-AD, which I started about 1 1/2 weeks ago. All I can say is that if this keeps up, I'll be a happy camper regardless of my actual weight!
