Okay guys and girls, I have made it to a point where I am not concerned with getting any bigger (never thought I would say that). Now, I am trying to find a decent workout that will allow me to keep what I have and I'm not having alot of luck. So I figured I would see if may you guys could help. I'm looknig for a place to look, a workout, a prescribed # of sets/reps and different excercises. Pretty much anything that would be helpful. Thanks alot.

you could stay strong and sizeable with SQ's & DL's about 6 times a month, combined...

I think that working out 6 times a month is a good starting point. Only you will know what the right frequency is. Stick to major lifts. Pick a rep range that you like. Lower is better as strength is harder to maintain than muscular endurance. If you can maintain the load, you're OK, if not step it up either by increasing sets or increasing frequency. It would be a good idea to vary rep ranges from workout to workout.

you could do the 5x5 and just eat enough to keep strength gains going but not weight gain? That's what I'm doing right now and it works great.
