Maintain weight/lose fat

Hello there, i am working out for the past 2 years i am 32 years old. Before weight lifting i was into football or soccer you choose and then basketball. I am working 2 years continuasly with squats deadlifts, stiff-legged, bench press rows etc.

for the past 2 months now i have started to do a little cut fut part so i changed my training program and eat better. I am 5,9 height and 190lbs weight. How can i lose my fat but maintain at the most my weight?

Many friends told me to do a cycle of Winstrol together with clenbuterol. Is it true about this? do they give fast results? Thanks
 
The secret to losing fat while maintaining muscle is interval training (think wind sprints).

Clenbuterol will increase your metabolism and give a small strength increase. Winstrol will work to maintain muscle while you restrict calories to lose weight. YOU probably want to be right around 2000 calories a day while cutting. If you go too low in calories, your metabolism will just slow down and thwart your efforts.

Be forewarned that a cycle that does not include any testosterone has a high risk of causing libido/ED problems.
