day 4 I slept like a fucking rock last night. the dickheads decided to do their lawn service at 8am this morning and woke me up for a dead sleep. I slept from 10pm to 8am only getting up once to take a leak. that is 10 hours of amazing sleep. THAT is what i need to recover from my crazy workouts and active lifestyle. if not for those dickheads i would have slept even longer.. so far HGH is already helping me sleep even harder.


tonights plan is hot yoga class. in a room with a bunch of hot chicks in their underwear. hopefully can bang one after

here is what i look like RIGHT NOW. as you can see I LOOK LIKE SHIT! been battling that flu that has been going around. my body fat needs to come down a couple % and I need to get back my muscle size. so this HGH will help greatly.

so yoga class was very challenging, but i nailed every pose and finished it. sleep again was fantastic. some birds woke me up this morning otherwise i would have kept sleeping.

Today is a pull day for me. I will update this weekend

I had another great workout.. did NOT feel like going to the gym, felt exhausted from an awful week at work. but i went anyway and glad i did.. had a helluva workout. sometimes when you feel mentally drained you will put in the best workouts

my vascularity is def better than it was a week ago, i am leaner.. I am down 2 pounds in 1 week out of nowhere

one of the things i notice so far is greater endurance. this is not only direct but indirect because I am sleeping so much more hard. I usually wake up 1-2X to pee at night but last few nights I do not wake up at all.. sleep all night and require less sleep to feel energetic all day

had a helluva workout today. I did monkey bars, tons of pullups.. then did bench press and tricep work. finished the workout with a lot of stretching and band work.. and yoga.

I'm sleeping different on HGH.. i am not waking up at all to piss at night, i am sleeping much harder which is great. noticing some faster recovery too in the gym so far. great stuff, shit is a must use as you get older
