Mail Ordering Question

I've read that you can import 90 days worth of a prescription drug into the US as long as it is for your personal use. Is this true? If so, then ordering clomid, for example, from Mexico would be legal?? Just wondering, I'm very unexperienced with the specifics of mail ordering.

As long as it is not scheduled then you are fine. Clomid is legal, but it would be much easier to conceal it then to have to fight customs.

Bro, It is not a good idea to conceal it. If you declare it you will be fine. I have done it several times and never had any problems. On the other hand you can get fined for failing to declare a substance.

I did a little more research and it is legal to receive FDA approved, non controlled drugs. As long as it no more than a 3 month supply and you have a prescription. I'd assume that 99% of the time customs doesn't bother seizing a non controlled drug w/out a prescription.
