I bought Magnesium Maltrate it says on the bottle. 1200mg Magnesium Maltrate.

Ingredients: 200mg Magnesium
1000 I-Malate.

So with each pill am I getting 200mg of magnesium, or 1200 magnesium?

How many should I be taking?

With each pill you are getting 200MG Magnesium........no idea what the fuck is up with the I-Malate.....
