magnesium deficiency and cramps

I've suffer from magnesium deficiency for years and cramps are a nightmare, even taking magnesium pills I get them, I heard taurine is the best for cramps, is it ok to take both at the same time? magnesium and taurine?

try liquid magnesium as it is better absorbable

also you could be low on calcium, potassium as well.

taurine works, it is in n2guard.. you might just be best off buying n2guard
