I've used it, saw some gains, but the taste is absolutely horrible and makes you want to puke your guts out. It has like glycerine in it and if you've ever had that, you know what kind of odd consistency/taste that has. It burns like a motherfucker going down, and even if you take a chaser, it continues to burn for about 20 mins or so, making you want to gag. I sent it back. It's not worth it.
