mag-10 first cycle-vets help

im on the second day of my first mag-10 cycle. im only taking it once because i don't have the money to double dose. im following the t-mag workout and diet. i supplement with creatine, glutamine, and multi vitamins along with my mag-10. i take the mag-10 in the morning and go about my day, i lift twice and eat alot. first question- i was wondering if i should supplement the creatine after i lift or before, or both. i take 5 grams of creatine and 5 grams of glutamine after both times i lift in the same bottle.second question- should i separate my glutamine and creatine doses after lifting or do they work alright together? any other ideas are welcome thanks.

Should ask this in the supplement section but I will tell you about an added side effect with that stuff.

You feel that burning down your throat when you drink that shit. The 1-T complex is irritating to the lining of the throat and esophagus. If you drink that stuff long enough you will really know what I mean. This stuff has all the harsh sides plus can cause damage to the lining of you throat and esophagus.

I know what your thinking "It tastes like a glazed donut and I have no burning feeling." Let me know in a couple of weeks how it tastes.
 
I second that. I took some of the Muscletech and I tell you what the old gonads were a hurtin. Pimpls all over and I was a punk to my wife. Never again. Saint7
