Madcow should be proud :)

hmmm.... thats a pretty old thread there... and i noticed the guy didn't get any advice. so what do you think about the idea... would it work. if yes, then how would one make it work?

I dunno. I just thought it was funny to see madcow's name being refferred to. Pretty sure it was just the dude wanting to run the program for 4 days instead of 3.

That specific thread isn't anything to relaly be proud of, it just show his name is getting out as more people are realizing the program on his site works.

He does diserve mad props though for spending so much time putting together his website and going on many message debunking the 1x per week body builder BS routines out there.

I'm trying to show that people have also started calling the bill starr program the madcow program much like we have here. I thought it was funny because he always said it wasnt him but it somehow became his in a way lol.

I've got it! Once Madcow disappears (go away now, dude), I'm gonna become a huge proponent of this style of training and market it as my own! God damn, I'm brilliant. :FRlol: They'll be calling it the "whatever my user name is at that time" routine. I say that only because by the time it all happens, I'll probably get banned again and go through even more user names.
 
I really wish I would have followed these old time weightlifting routines when I first read about how Reg Park would do 5x5. No wonder those guys from the 40's and 50's were so huge without any supplements or drugs. They just lifted heavy heavy weights, basic/olympic lifts, hitting each muscle one way or another 2-3 times a week and eating anything that wasn't nailed down. Just imagine if todays guys trained like that with all the shit they take and all the supplements availible! I really believe Ronnie was natural when he turned pro like he and everyone claims. He wasn't as big as he is now, but he was a powerlifter and used 5x5 type routines and just ate with great genetics too.

Sometimes we can learn from the past. Props to Madcow for bringing back what should have NEVER been forgotten....
