not sure on any exact ratios. except I would stay around 10x your bodyweight in calories, and eat a lot of lean protein, fruit, and drink hella water. thats all i really think about when "eating for DNP". too much carbs will make u "burn hotter" supposedly, but I think the worse part of too much carbs is that the dnp starts burning off all that for a while instead of your fat. Ive also heard the high protein/high fat type diet just doesnt work well with dnp, or at the least makes u feel like total shit.
