E Everlast New member Dec 2, 2001 #1 about arimidex dosages at 1 mg a day. The half life being around 3 days or so then would it matter if you break out the .25 mg pills throughout the day? Or take them all at once?

M macrophage69alpha New member Dec 2, 2001 #2 all at once is fine.. it is uneccessary and you may actually lose some active ingredient in the breaking process,,, note: half life (mean) is 50hrs... it can be less or more.. btw- metabolism was measured in females
