macro what s the best appitite supressent for a 35 yr female 5'8 142lbs, she is anurse that works m-w-f 7pm -7am , she is only junk food hungry when she goes to her shift. any advice? Provigil, Levorex, Dietex by vpx???? keep in mind she get off work at 7am soshe must go to sleep then.

I'm with AXRyan - ephedrine and others dont come close to 3 caps of stimX for appetite suppression (but it does nothing for me at 2 caps). It will keep you going all day as well!

Macro, are there any side effects from synephrine? Does it mess with your CNS at all? Should it be cycled?

Sorry, for all the questions. I would love to find something that just suppresses appetite without all of the other stuff in it.

It doesn't mess with your CNS and jolt you into space. It's fairly mild for the amount of appetite suppression you get.
