Macro - A question about AIMF

Hey Macro, i was just wondering if AIMF is basically Androstenendione? Or does it increase Androstenendione?

it bears some structural similarities (which is why it binds to aromatase). though its about as similar to androstenedione as aromasin is to methyltest (which means some structural similarities completely different activity)

Hey Macro, okay thx because i was worried about it causing hairloss by means other than DHT. As you know im taking Dutasteride for the time being, and i want to take AIMF daily, but i dont want it to ruin any positive hair growth results. I know other androgens can bind to the androgen receptor itself and cause hairloss.

Androstenedione is very bad for your hair if your prone to hairloss, so i wanted to make sure that i wont get an increase by taking AIMF.

Is AIMF considered a pro-hormone?

Should i be worried about any negative effects of AIMF on my hair if im taking Finesteride or Dutasteride?

AIFM does contain DHEA and ATD which are endogenous steroids, depending on the definition of pro-hormone they might qualify.

because it binds to aromatase and SHBG it can increase both free test and free DHT.

you should not have any issues, since you are reducing DHT via 5alpha reductase inhibition.
