M1t dose time of day?Matter at all??

I'd like some feedback from some experienced peeps, do ya think it makes any difference when you take m1t (for example, I'm just doing the 5mg for the first week) . I mean other than not taking it in the evening because it might keep you up at night, other than that would it matter if you take it first thing in the morning, or should you take it before or after training, what are the thoughts here?
Also, when I do bump up to the 10mgs in the second week, do ya think it matters if i take the two 5mgs at the same time or split it during the day?

If you train in the evenings, I'd say take it about midday. When you get up to 10mg, splitting the dosage was always recommended to me. I train in the evenings and I took half my daily dose at about 10 A.M. and 6 P.M.

Thanks, yeah, I think I will do that instead of taking the two pills at once even though alot of brands have the full 10mg in one pill. I gotta say I am getting great results with just the 5 mg and I am not even lifting weights except barbell curls. I just jump rope, do push ups, hidu push ups, body squats, grappling, sparring,etc, anyway, arms cold are 16" right now and the guy I train with just kept shaking his head today, he said he never saw someones arms do that so fast, I said it's no biggie, there were 17 1/2 before and I will probably get close to that with this stuff. Day 4 now, no sides to report, maybe just a little bit tired due to not getting to sleep as quickly but that is about it, no headaches, still get wood, actually feel good when I am not sparring but I am getting more aggresive when I'm fighting.

Milk Thistle 500mg

The directions say take 1 pill a day. I also take 1 AD by ergopharm how much should I take I am 194.

Wow, brave man, for taking even 1 of those a day. I am sure that a 20mg dose of m1t is big time overkill for me,I am growing as fast as my body can handle on 5mg, but then I have no desire to ever look like "todays bodybuilders". I prefer the John Grimek, Steve Reeves look myself and think most women do also. Anycrap, good luck, day five for me and feel great, no noticeable sides but people commenting already on the change in my appearance, oh yeah, still no lifting weights either, don't be hateful to easy gainers.
