Just finished 4 weeks on it. I've used SciFit's and it was the cheap where I got it from, so I figured what the hell. It does work. They call for 2 a day at the most, but it wasn't until I went to three a day that it really kicked in. Also noticed that it worked much better on an empty stomach too. I assume this must be because it doesn't have to compete for absorption with food. I was impressed with the results and recieved gains right on par with methyl-D.
