just turned 40, i can't believe i made it this far and where did all the years go? it seemed like it was just yesterday i was 25....i know it dosent matter to any of you since you don't know me and i'm a bit hammered right now but i would think by now having achieved so much in life that i still feel so fucking empty....i wish you all a very happy and safe new year.

i just turned the big four-oh myself, in october, and i can tell you from what little experience i have, that it only gets better my brother. think of all the knowledge and expertise youve aquired over your forty years on this earth my friend. if some of these 20 year olds only knew what we know now...............:)
rest easy bro, youre not alone, and i for one hope you keep striving to better yourself, no matter what your age.


btw- im not bashing anyone younger by any stretch of the imagination, i just know you only aquire some knowledge with time. if the young bros out there would listen to some of us OLD TIMERS, they wouldnt make our mistakes.............:D

Happy Birthday. Lifting has only improved since my 40th. I put on muscle much easier now than I did in my 20s or even 30s. I'm in the best shape of my life, by far.

Like Rue McClanahan says: "Age is only a number, and mine's unlisted."

Happy bday. Mine is this January 22. I still have a ways to 40. Nice thing is, we may be 30 or 40 as time goes, but we all have the bodies of 20 year olds. Gotta love the weights and gh!

Hey, you were gona hook me up with a doc in phx. Well, anyway, got my arm fixed. Was nerve compression from my forearm being so big.
