Lunchtime....

chicken, mashed potatoes, yams, black eyed peas, mac and cheese,iced tea. trying to get to 280. but boy is cuttin going to be hard.
 
I'm having fettuccine alfredo, a half a gallon of milk, and four chicken breasts. I should have mixed the chicken with the pasta, but I think I'll survive.
 
I was prepearing my steak on the stove today as usuall, when i found this new Grill-sauce and started reading the ingridience list when i suddenly droppen the bottle and the sauce poured out on my frying pan, so i was like

"Faen i helvete satans forpulte jævla dritt"

And tried my best cleaning it up, i thought my steaks were ruined. But infact it tasted hella good. So it goes to show, even morons can cook.
 
10:00: 2 chicken breasts, medium baked potato & salad (romaine lettuce)

11:30: peanut butter on wheat and yoplait bluebery yogurt
 
Right now: Gym

1:30: 4oz chicken breast and probably a big salad with ranch dressing.

3:00 CHEESE!!! YUM!!

thats a GREAT cutting diet.
 
corn, did they ever test those detour bars? i know a lot of people were saying that the bars didn't meet the label claims.
 
Footlong subway turkey and bacon double meat, w/ lettuce, sweet peppers, onions, spicy mustard and black pepper, on wheat.
