...what's on the plate??



I am doing a hamburger steak with cheese, greenbeans with fried onions and a touch of mac and cheese......





I have been cutting back on carbs to about 50-75 per day and upping the protein to about 250 grams and the fat to about 100 grams......I have gained UP to 232...this is kinda weird b/c my bodyfat has dropped a little and waist is back to a 34.......

....anyone else notice a big jump in BW when protein and fat was increased???

Hemp Bread
Hemp Cereal with Rice Milk
Cashews
 
Meal 3:
2 cups of Light Turkey Meat (mostly breast)
-cal 530/ 20g fat/0carbs/78g protein
1 cup broccoli
-cal 80/ 5g fat/6g carbs/5 g protein
Meal total: 610 cal/ 26g fat/6g carbs/ 83g protein

....are you taking digestive enzymes..thats a WHOLE lotta preotein to digest at once...as it is meat

1/2 banna
2 scoops optimum nutrtion whey protein

2 cans of tuna fish
about a cup of raw baby carrots

no way you are eating 2 of those with all that swine on top
 
Requisite Chicken Breast and an interesting concoction....Lentils, brown rice, stewed tomatoes and onion powder.

And 16 oz. ice water.
 
My lunch? Three grilled chicken breasts and a large glass of water.
 
Oven Roasted Turkey Breast on 2 slices of whole wheat with little mayo,mustard and american cheese. Wash it down with 3 scoops of Choc Opt Whey blended with a banana and glasss of Vit D Whole Milk. Been doing this for almost 2 wks now. Kinda sick of it. But need the protein to grow.
 
1 cup of chicken broth... and a handfull of vitamin C.

I will get rid of this strep throat/ cold soon. :)
