That is one of the best advantages of working from home. I can arrange to have some lunch time and/or afternoon break-type fun and then hit the showers and return to the computer and finish up work. This is the main reason I've found that str8-but-curious guys are so much fun. They can get away from work/their wifes-gfs, have a little nooner, and then when they get home are in a much better mood to deal with the tempermental lady and/or kids. A simple BJ,[sometimes more!] an offer to use the shower to get cleaned up, and they're good to go! [find them on the str8 swingers sites].
