lunch x2

single chicken strip (actual breast, but breaded)
with a slice of bread and mayo for a chicken sandwich.
and water

Not sure if it counts as lunch, as it was my first meal, but at 11:30am.

-Half a pumpernickel bagel w/fat-free cream cheese, eggwhite omlette w/fat-free mozz cheese. Crystal light.

IF I could stomach plain chicken breast i would be good to go. However, i can only get about half a chicken breast done before i gag.

Sorry, i dont use, nor like mouse terds, owe i mean mustard, so a little mayo will have to do!

Plus i am not about to eat tuna without any condiments.

You already know my diet isnt the best. You would probably go through my kitchen and throw all kinds of shit away. My freezer would be okay other than the breaded chicken breasts, mostly loaded with frozen meat.

What the hell, maybe i will have juicy new york strip tonight.

Here's what you need to do. Sew up the wound between your legs, it's haulting your progress.

My friggn girlfriend eats tuna and plain chicken breasts and she's a buck o' five. A fitness nut, but still..............never heard of a dude who trains as hard as you do having such a wuss of a stomach...............goood thing we didnt meet up, I don't have any of the shit you eat lying around.......

I said i eat tuna, just not plain. I might be one of the pickest eaters in the world, besides my dad, he's worse. I DONT EAT ANYTHING GREEN!

I'm sure you'd teach me a thing or two in the gym, and I'd teach you some shit in the kitchen..........like how to stomach a full chicken breast....lol....aint nothing wrong with liking to eat bro, it's just what you like that we need to change............we also need to change your routine....YOU CAN'T BENCH ON MONDAYS!!!!! Golden rule...........that's when all the other newbs start off their rouitne, so it's a fight over everything......foe-get it....

Mondays are usually my off day, for this reason....I also see you like arms on Fridays, that so you get the pump before you hit the bars? Only bustn your balls chief.....no harm.....lol
