From what I can remember from my classes in school, the human male body naturally produces between 30-50mg of testosterone per week.... If you have never really worked out, you can gain alot of weight without ANYTHING but excersise and food. So, I would think that you could honestly get away with a dosage of anywhere from 100-250mg per week with some decent results for a first time, limited mass cycle. Look at it like this: You are using anywhere from like 3 to 7 times the testosterone that you naturally produce with a dose like this.....

i totally agree with this, i have done cycles in the past with 250 mg of test and have had great results, of course i kept a clean diet and worked my arse off.
