It's Home Depot's fault that a bunch of illegals loiter and get picked up to work illegaly for people that don't want to pay people fairly?

I think the issue that because Home Depot is essentially a construction store people come to Home Depot to find temp construction workers. If Home Depot encourages that then they do have some responsibility. Most businesses try to run them off though. I had to rent a U-Haul once and you could hardly get in the parking lot there were so many clowns looking for work.

By telling the workers to hang there because workers hanging there means more people come to get some labor....and buy more materials in the process.....do I have to explain everything? Dang.
