Lowering hemocrit

Going tomorrow morning to give blood. The last blood work I had 2 weeks ago had my hemocrit at 52 which is over the reference range by 1 point.


Is there anything specific I should ask to get it lower than just the regular draw. I'll admit I've shit the bed on giving blood. It's been a year.

regular draw is all you need

Just normal whole blood donation. Try to do it regularly, especially if you use eq.

you can see if they will do plasma which makes your blood universal. that will wipe you out
