I was hitting 405 on a full back squat today for a double and on the second rep I had this sharp, acute pain in my lower right back region right at the bottom of the movement and as I started going back up it lessened and dissappeared. I always had pain in that area but only when I'm squatting and occasionally at that (I dont have back pain while doing back work...). So I went down to 225 and repped out with slight to no pain. Anyone have this happen to them??
