lower right back

I was hitting 405 on a full back squat today for a double and on the second rep I had this sharp, acute pain in my lower right back region right at the bottom of the movement and as I started going back up it lessened and dissappeared. I always had pain in that area but only when I'm squatting and occasionally at that (I dont have back pain while doing back work...). So I went down to 225 and repped out with slight to no pain. Anyone have this happen to them??

Belts suck imho. If ya can't sit down with it or pick it up without a belt, than you can't lift it, but that's just my opinion.

not only do i disagree, but so do most of the world record holding powerlifters :)
