lower gluts injection?

I've seen guys on stage that just had to have injected in the lower gluts. Always doing the upper buttocks is making it look way to out of wack. Where and how can one inject into the lower gluts without hitting that main nerve I keep hearing about. Has anyone had success without ending up in a wheelchair?

Well i would spread out the injections instead of going lower on the muscle. The ischias is not fun to hit

ischias the main nerve? I did a search on it, did not get much info. I was thinking it would be safe umm safer if i hit it towards the outside of the lower glut rather then the middle.

Another reason that i want to do this other then making it more proportioned is that I lost a lot of body fat and have some lose skin on the lower gluts. If im able to "fill up" the area, maybe I wont have so much sagging vs the top which is very muscular due to frequent injections.

The sciatic nerve runs along each side of your butt crack, and along the lower part. Hit that nerve, and I guarantee you will first see God, then you will hit the floor like a ton of bricks!
