My workout partner is notorious for not working out his legs. And yet, he wants to gain some weight. I just need some simple facts that I can show him, that will prove to him how much strength and weight you can add while having a vigorous lower body workout. He's 6'3 205 lbs, and his legs are pretty much along the lines of Big Birds. His upper body is in great shape, but how much weight do you think he could gain in 3 months or so, just by starting a nice lower body workout? He gets around 260 grams of protein a day, and around 3500 calories. Thanks for yalls input.
