While lifting only my lower back gets very very tight to the point where I can't even pick up a 10lbs dumbbell bc the pressure it puts on my back. I try and stretch it but its a hard spot to reach. It's the whole area right above my ass. I'm not sure if its due to the juice or what. I'm currently on deca 300 and test 600 I'm entering my 10th week. This has been happening for the past two weeks, I lift but I struggle.
