Lower back tightening help please?

While lifting only my lower back gets very very tight to the point where I can't even pick up a 10lbs dumbbell bc the pressure it puts on my back. I try and stretch it but its a hard spot to reach. It's the whole area right above my ass. I'm not sure if its due to the juice or what. I'm currently on deca 300 and test 600 I'm entering my 10th week. This has been happening for the past two weeks, I lift but I struggle.

It's called back pumps. And it's from the juice. Pick up some taurine and take 5g a day of it to start see if it helps
 
He just said 5g...
I take about 3/4 tsp with preWO drink. And if its bad another 1/2 tsp with water during WO.

Problem solved
 
Increase water uptake and increase the amount if taurine your taking in.. these should help
