Lower back pumps killing me!!!

Only1eagle

New member
background...

60mg tren ED
125mg test e EOD
Protein
Multi
Creatine
Forged Burner
Need2Slin (couple days on couple days off)

Currently in week 3.

I play ice hockey 2 times a week at night. Just got back and for most of the game I was on the bench trying to stretch out my lower back. Been 1n hour since the game and lower back is still in a knot.

Please please!! dont say bannana's as I do not care for them! do I just need to add potassium? How do I get it? (my multi is sustained release but just looked and only has 15mg potassium)

Could it have been the forged Burner?

What is the consensus? And if you say potassium please give thoughts on how to get a good amount as I know the body can only take in a certain amount at a time so a potassium pill with a million MG aint the best thing.

Thanks all for your help here!!!

Taurine helps alot.
There is also a thread where RADAR recommends some brand of milk thistle that people had success with for relieving back pumps. ill try to find it

I agree with lartinos, Gotta be the Tren. I get terrible crippling lower back pumps on a lot of the Orals, but I've never had it from Test E or any of the other supplements your on. I've never taken Tren, so that has got to be the culprit.
