For the past two weeks I have had this wierd popping in my lower back on the right side when I do squats, bent over rows and deadlifts. When I am done with my exercise and I try to stand up straight my back feels tight in the lower right side. Sometimes it feels like a pop and then the tightness is gone, can almost feel it in my leg too. Never any pain at all, thank god. Does this sound like a muscle or a back problem?
