Lower back popping?

For the past two weeks I have had this wierd popping in my lower back on the right side when I do squats, bent over rows and deadlifts. When I am done with my exercise and I try to stand up straight my back feels tight in the lower right side. Sometimes it feels like a pop and then the tightness is gone, can almost feel it in my leg too. Never any pain at all, thank god. Does this sound like a muscle or a back problem?
 
sounds like a slipped disk bro go to the doctor and let him know the longer you leave it untreated the worse it will get. it will hurt more and more and spread to your leg knee or even ankle. i have that problem from a car accident i let it go for a long time and name damn it kills
