The rec center on our campus is closed today for the UF vs. Wyoming game, so my friend and I decided to do a bunch of pushups and crunches. I started off pretty well, doing 4 sets of 60 pushups, and 4 sets of 80 crunches, which is good for a weakling like me. But on the 5th set I noticed my lower back started to hurt during the pushups, and more so while I was doing crunches. I did a lower back exercise and deadlifts two days ago, but I'm not sure if it's that or if I have bad form.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
