lower back d-bol pumps

Banned
I haven't noticed any effets of the d-bol yet but the lower back pain after squats and sldl's is almsot paralyzing....There anything I can take or do to help with this? I drink an ass load of water and I am using nova and liquidex

I have to take ibuprofen before doing Squats. These pumps only come when doing orals, they are sick for me and I have to lay down on the floor for something like 15 minutes after doing Squats, sick.

For me when on dbol or drol or winny or any other oral I do it like this even to be avble to gain anything on my legs and lower back.
For the legs I do hams on a separate day, can do both front and back legs on the same day, thay would kill me.
For front:
Legkick 4 sets light weight
2 sets HEAVY
Then I go on to legpress and do this sucker strict, sometimes 10 sets. I go from low weight(300) up to 990lb(7reps last time) then back again.

Right now I did drol and I had to split up my leg workout in 3 days. 2 days for front and 1 day for hamstrings. Day 1 would be sunday and this day I go for strength(Squats) 5x3, then legkick one leg at a time 3 sets. After that I have to lay down

2 days later I do Hamstrings, start with seated legcurl 4 sets, then standing one leg legcurl, then SLDL light weight 3 x 12-15, then I have to do something else for a while as my back will kill me, after 15 minutes I continue with lying(spelling..) legcurl.
I'm gaining like crazy right now doing this.

then 2-3 days later I do The program with legpresses and kicks, higher reps. Then I do not workout my legs for about 7-10days.

I'm doing HST so there is no way to break up the routine. I used this same d-bol before but back in the day I was doing leg curls and l;eg presses and now I am doing squats and SLDL's so there is much more lower back involved. I lay on my back and try to bring my knees to my chin to stretch my lower back and that helps...i just wasn't sure if there was something else I could do.

Do you take the dbols right before training....The best way to get around the back pumps being so intense is to not load up on dbol before training.....Yes I know we all love the kick, but it's the only way to stop the intense back pump.

I take 50mg UG Lab capsules in the morning

If you are taking 50mg all at once then you got your answer....When i took 20mg all at once (russians) I got the intense back pumps. But when i broke them up into 10mg twice a day(Pink thais)....the back pumps stopped....but also I'm not getting the same in terms of gain...strength or mass....so now I'm going to try to break up the russians into 10-15mg twice a day and see how it works out in terms of gains vs the back pump sides and see what happens....This is a game where this type of information can only be found through experimenting so you must to willing to try different things to see what works and what doesn't as well as what causes the most sides....

Try breaking them up into at least two dosages and see if the back pumps decrease....If that don't work try 3 dosages....and if that don't work then at least you know the back pumps aren't dose dependent and not only have you learned something, you can educated others who experience the same thing.

That will get messy because they are capsules..I think i'll just suffer through it.

Enjoy them... I used to get them when squatting and deadlifting. Got to the point where I couldn't walk. Went to a specialist. Winds up I have had degenerative disk disease my whole life... an advanced form. The result... no more squatting, dead lifting, bent over rows etc. If f'n sucks! I want to do them so bad so I can grow faster but I know if I do I am going to be that much closer to surgery!

that is much worse then my deal...my back doesn't even hurt daily but once I start excercising my back blows up like nitro from these d-bombs.

Take an OTC pain killer before your workout. People say Milk Thsitle will help this problem as well. It's worth a shot.

Take 750 mgs of milk thistle when the pumps hit, it will knock it out in 20 mins.
Make sure it capsules and says 80% standarized extract.

Paralyzing is how I felt after doing a set of dead lifts while on D-bol. Very common bro. Only thing I can suggest is lighten up on the weight, it will still hurt, but not as bad.

I get mine here NutritionExpress.com

Linburg Milk Thistle 80% standarized extract # 96-62400 $7.99.
I tested 7 subjects at my gym with it and it worked each time!

I dont think the timing of the dosages are as dependant hammertime as the actually amount of daily dosage. When I go above 35mg/day I get the pumps in my back no matter when I take them. When my dosages are at 25mg/day i dont get them at all. This is the perfect dosage for me. I can still grow, and reap the nice benefits from dbol, but I dont get ANY sides from it. The back pumps are from water retention in the Erector Spinae, and they are quite common on other types of gear too.

You are correct the higher dosage is what does it!

What if I took dandelion root...would that help prevent the water build up being a mild diuretic?

Could be that...But I was only taking 20mg a day of russian dbols...but also my sodium intake was much higher then, then it is now...so water retention is a good possibility....I'll be back on the russians real soon, so being that I've really decreased my sodium, that will be the experiment!!! Thanks bro..

Back pumps are the worse. I started getting them when I started doing deadlifts. And I think I climbed weight way way too fast. My back hurts from just sitting down. Squats, deads, leg presses, running, standing for long periods of time all give me some nasty paralyzing pain. Sometimes it gets so ad I cant breathe. Its definately more unbearable now that im "ON" though. Its the worse when you try to stretch and it feels like there is a basketball stuck in youre lower back.

After 4 sets of squats and SLDL's I look like roy Horn trying to walk over to the stretching stations.
