That will get messy because they are capsules..I think i'll just suffer through it.hammertime30 said:If you are taking 50mg all at once then you got your answer....When i took 20mg all at once (russians) I got the intense back pumps. But when i broke them up into 10mg twice a day(Pink thais)....the back pumps stopped....but also I'm not getting the same in terms of gain...strength or mass....so now I'm going to try to break up the russians into 10-15mg twice a day and see how it works out in terms of gains vs the back pump sides and see what happens....This is a game where this type of information can only be found through experimenting so you must to willing to try different things to see what works and what doesn't as well as what causes the most sides....
Try breaking them up into at least two dosages and see if the back pumps decrease....If that don't work try 3 dosages....and if that don't work then at least you know the back pumps aren't dose dependent and not only have you learned something, you can educated others who experience the same thing.

Winds up I have had degenerative disk disease my whole life... an advanced form. The result... no more squatting, dead lifting, bent over rows etc. If f'n sucks! I want to do them so bad so I can grow faster but I know if I do I am going to be that much closer to surgery!

Mavy said:I dont think the timing of the dosages are as dependant hammertime as the actually amount of daily dosage. When I go above 35mg/day I get the pumps in my back no matter when I take them. When my dosages are at 25mg/day i dont get them at all. This is the perfect dosage for me. I can still grow, and reap the nice benefits from dbol, but I dont get ANY sides from it. The back pumps are from water retention in the Erector Spinae, and they are quite common on other types of gear too.

After 4 sets of squats and SLDL's I look like roy Horn trying to walk over to the stretching stations.slash747 said:Back pumps are the worse. I started getting them when I started doing deadlifts. And I think I climbed weight way way too fast. My back hurts from just sitting down. Squats, deads, leg presses, running, standing for long periods of time all give me some nasty paralyzing pain. Sometimes it gets so ad I cant breathe. Its definately more unbearable now that im "ON" though. Its the worse when you try to stretch and it feels like there is a basketball stuck in youre lower back.
