N needtogetaas New member Jul 20, 2006 #3 do some running say about 45 minits of it.then do leg rasis and abs.you will feel the big difrance.it will reely work the abs becuase you legs will be fateged and they will do les of the work and youre abs will have to compansate and work harder.
