lower abs

does anyone have any tips on the best lower ab exercise as i never seem to get a good feel for any?

also, are basic dbell shoulder shrugs one a week sufficient to exercise your traps?
 
do some running say about 45 minits of it.then do leg rasis and abs.you will feel the big difrance.it will reely work the abs becuase you legs will be fateged and they will do les of the work and youre abs will have to compansate and work harder.
 
i always try to get my ab work in after cardio. everything is already taxed therefore you are required to use more abs.
