Lower AB Fat

I wasn't sure where to put this ? so here it is. I have been working out and eating healthy for almost a year now. I was around 220 lbs. 38" waist, and a big ass beer gut.(not from beer). when I started. Now I'm, 168 lbs. 32" waist, and ripped pretty nicely. The only problem is instead of a six pack, I have a really nice 4 pack. I have this pouch of fat on my lower abs that I can't seem to loose. I'm starting to think that this is the extra skin from the big gut I use to have, and that I might not ever get rid of it. Or, does it go in time? Need help, please. 3 months till summer and would love to have a 6 pack by then. Thanks to all who reply.

congrats on the weight loss :)

52 lbs is alot of gut-- a tummy tuck is the only way to get rid of extra skin... check out Dr. Bruce Nadler (hes got a website somewhere)-- it wont give you a 6pack-- just tightens the skin.

well....you could go under the knife or you can do what I and so many others have....kick up your cardio, whether its boxing (or any sport), walking , biking etc. My abs are extremely visible while at the weight of 230lb, 6'3 ht and keep everything tight by sprinting 1/4 and walking at a moderate pace until my breathing stablizes, repeating the circuit. Think of it this way ....women have babys all the time and can get all ripped up afterwards with no extra skin on their lower abs....so can we (the men), but it doesn't come easy
