Low TEST Question....

is it possible to still make gains in the gym if your test levels are very low? What about if you get put on HRT? Or 5mg test therapy patches/day?
 
No gains at all. But it'll help you maintain to a certain minimal degree. Trust me on this one! I should know!
 
I gained atleast 10lbs of muscle in 3 to 4 months after I got my hrt tuned in. I haven't been able to gain anything in over 5 yrs. (strength or muscle) Everyone has noticed. In fact, I went to the mall today and an African Queen came up to me w/her sisters and rubbed my chest and arms. She said "OHHHHH I love your muscles". Her friends made a few comments about the white boy. I felt cheap and like a piece of meat. (I loved it) I tryed to get some booty, but she laughed and said I couldn't handle her. I told her I would go down swinging, but no booty for me. (she would have been disapointed in my love muscle any ways)lol

I would think, with the patch, and boosting your test levels by 35mg-50mg per week (granted, nothing intense, but far more than any natty bodybuilder) you would be able to make some good gains......am I wrong?
 
No you're not wrong. Gaining mass is not as simple as it sounds. Juice makes it more fool proof but when natty you really have to get in touch with your real recovery abilities and work within the confies of those, when you exceed those boundires you will overtrain and not even know it. Women have no trouble building muscle and getting stronger, kids before puberty can get alot stronger, but just not put on muscle and both will have a fraction of the test you have, even when you're at your lowest.. You should be making gains either way, whether it is strenght or size. If you're not look to your training first then diet. Sometimes we don't eat enough, but swear that we do.
 
No one else bro. Just give it up. Quit trying to bullshit yourself. You remind me of this one guy at the gym that I met many years ago. Guy had no money but wanted to juice. I think the guy bought like 4 amps of Sust and 3 vials of Deca. I believe he was asking me if he could take 1/4 amp of Sust with 1/3 vial of Deca per week to blow the fuck up! Can you believe this shit! I told him nothing was going to happen. But he kept complaining he had no money. Anyways...fucker ended up doing his own shit and gained NOTHING!!!!

Bottom line....this is a game of both knowledge and money. If you don't have neither...then don't play the game. NUFF SAID!

It depends on multiple facets...

Example A:
Say for instance you have been on gear on and off for years and are now 30 lbs over your genentic celing...Will you gain from HRT dosage? Probably not :(

Example B: 130 slim jim who has low test and gets on HRT, but hasn't done any weight training since 20 yrs ago (while in HS)...Will he gain with a weight training regimen and HRT dosage?...More likely than candidate A, that's for sure :)

TERM IS RIGHT! It makes sense what you are saying. When I first started lifting weights I was 20 years old. And I only weighed 115lbs! But after 6 months of eating correctly and training hard, I went from 115lbs to 140lbs lean! And I did this all naturally! No gear at all! BTW...I say eat correctly because all human beings ( IMO ) eat soooooo fucking bad!

So Term you make sense. Maybe that little oomph in Testosterone for Example #2 might add some muscle. But def. not for Example #1! BTW...your girl in the avatar called me the other night and said that she can't stop thinking about me. Why don't you ask her? Go ahead! She's right there!

Jkurz1 before you jump on hrt or to any conclusion, get some further testing. Low test levels can be cause by any number or reasons. A few beers and a sleepless night can lower levels substaintially.

Also, you might want to pay a visit to the PCT forum and read Jenetics thread titled '1.5 years and still shut down'. He was shut down bad, but with an aggressive strategy, he got his natty test levels back to far above average.
 
That was a good post by Jenetic. Although I think he got pissed off at me later on. I basically told him that he worked so hard to get his own test levels back, but it made no sense because he was about to jump on another cycle. And of course fuck it all up again!

Maybe. Nonetheless, for next time he knows how to get his test levels back way quicker -- thus reducing muscle loss post cycle.
 
PISSED? Not at all..........I've spoken MANY times with Jenetic....he's the man.........my test levels have been supressed for close to 8 months.....I got put on the patch 2 weeks ago by my doc to see where they go from there.....I was NOT about to jump on another cycle, havent touched AAS in well over a year.......I was just curious if I am wasting my time, or if I can make gains on this HRT. My gains have SUCKED recently, my life with my girl has sucked even more (low volume, that's how I knew I was shut down...) all I thought was if I took an additional 200mg or so of test every 10 days or so, would this help me get back to where I want to be.....Jenetic shot down that idea and said to stay with the HRT for now......
 
It really depends on the person and their goals. I myself including many members have told me that they do not come off. What for really? To lose everything you worked so hard for? If you weigh 150lbs in within a 5 years time of hard work, proper diet and gear use you go up to say 220lbs, you won't stay there forever if you decide to stop the juice. Ok, lets say you do stop and bring your own Test production up to normal real quick. And lets say you normally produced 10mgs of Test per day. Its only a matter of time before you go down from 220 to probably around 180lbs!
