Low Test E, High Tren E Log

Here we go! Started last night.

CYCLE

Weeks 1-10 - 400mgs Tren E Split 2x Week
Weeks 1-12 - 250mgs Test E split 2x Week(yes only 250 a week)

Caber E3D, Armidex E3D, HCG 500iu's week 3-14

Had Noval/Clomid PCT lined up. Switching to Post Cycle, Unleashed and Exemestane.

23 (I know I am too young, comment if you wish)

12-15% BF

I am going to be using the below headings every week. So you can just skip to what you are interested in or read it all. If you would like me to add a heading or comment on an observation/feeling not covered just let me know.

Week#1

Training
I do a 4 day split. Back/ Bi's, Chest/ Tri's, Shoulder/Traps/Forearms, LEGS
Currently: Bench 225x8
PR: Bench 225x16 '
I don't max. Not that I don't want to, just have to be disciplined and not do it. I am fine with answering (WHAT DO YOU BENCH?) with 225x?

Just a little on how I lift. I switch between Heavy 5x5's, light 3x12's, burnouts until failure. Sometimes Ill do all in one workout. Sometimes I stick to one. Just depends on the mood. I like putting up heavy weight, just as much as a like taking lighter weight, slowing down and forcing blood into the muscles.

Joints
I put this as a heading because it seems like I am in a constant battle with joint pain. I know I am only 23 but it is an issue for me so if you don't care move to the next section. Right now joints feel great, I have a shit tons of joint supps. Hopefully they help me on the go round. Ill admit my tendons and joints are lagging behind my strength. I was a small frame, 6"1, 160, 20 year old, when I found this passion, so my shit is still catching up. Currently wear wrist wraps on pushing exercises and my wrist still bother me for 24-48 hrs after a heavy day (nothing I can't handle). Right knee has been a little banged up, currently at about 70%. Should be 100% when things start rolling in motion. Voltarin gel is my friend!


Strength
Strength is good. Somewhere around 70% of my person records on most lifts. I set all my PR's on my last Test/Deca cycle. I looked like a bloated fish also. Might not break them this go around. Don't really care. We will see if my attitude changes week 6 when i am a TRENASAUROUS. <<< Got that from someone on here, can't fine the post, but hollar if you read this.

Mood
In this section I will comment on my interactions with my family, friends and co workers. I believe logging this section will help me keep an eye on my temper and depression. Tren is known for this but writing actions down seems to put things into a better perspective. I am a super easy going person. It is almost impossible to get under my skin. Only time I have ever been depressed was my first PCT, noval had me acting like a bitch, plus I didn't know that it was coming, which made it harder to manage. Lasted about a week, when test levels were super low.


Negative Sides
Sore ass, lol. This is almost a positive side for me now. You freaks know what I am talking about.

Diet
I know I need to ramp this up, and I will but this is the section I would like people to comment most on. I spent tons of hrs researching and tons of money on food. I do my best and I am going to be completely honest in this section because it is by far the most important aspect of a cycle.

Currently
Meal#1(breakfast)=
4-6 eggs, 2 slice wheat toast, 1 serving fruit. 1 cup coffee after so it does suppress my appetite. (my vice)

Meal#2(Lunch)=
Turkey/Chicken/Chopped beef/Fish for 2, one serving vegetables.

Meal#3(Dinner, Pre workout)=
Turkey/Chicken/Chopped beef/Fish for 2, one serving vegtables(rice or potatoes), 1 serving carbs (rice or potatoes)

Meal#4(post WO)= Whey protein blend with whole milk and whatever goodies I can find (bananas, peanut butter, strawberries) I AM A BLENDER not a shaking lol's.

I am going to add shakes between meals 1and2, 2and3. But I haven't yet. Again don't say it's shit without adding suggestions. I really work on this but it is the hardest part for me. Ill admit I slack some when I am off. Time to Focus baby!!



MISC.
SOOO READY!!!! First time with Tren!!! O yeah and I have plenty of test to ramp it up if the ratio doesn't hit well. If the tren is too much, I'll continue with the classic Test E 500-600 mgs week.


I will be adding week 1 VS week 5 and Week 1 Vs week 5 VS End Pictures. So not posting before pictures until, I see some results haha. About week 4-5 Ill do a comparison. Plus if know one is following, ill just say fuck it.
 
How many cycles have you done before?

do you think or know if you will need any anti e at that dosage?

you shouldve gotten your diet dialed in before you started this cycle.

you should be taking in about 2x the protein your currently taking in and that is going to be hard to do over night. you can try the gomad way which is to drink a gallon of milk a day. that is a lot of cals and protein and its easy to down.

you just need to add meals and add more food to each meal. it is best to do this slowly over time but if you are jumping on the cycle soon you just gotta man up and shovel the food in. if not you are wasting the gear.

I've done 2 correctly... All other experiments were uneducated, wastes of time...

I know the test is low, but a very low dose Anti E every three days, couldn't hurt...Right? might make recovery easier... IDK... just want to keep everything in check...

I know my current diet is not gonna cut it. Last cycle I had it dialed in. No excuses, I know I eat more and better than the vast majority of people, but that isn't good enough. I am going to get it right. Ill post my diet updates week/ by week.

@everyone-
I am not going to post each meal and each workout set by set. I find when I read logs I get tired of that. But I will be detailed on my sample meal plan from the previous week and I will comment and provide details on workouts from the previous week. Just a summary for the most part.

Training
Felt strong in the gym yesterday. I did the 90's x 8 on my 4th set of flat bench DB. Went for the 100's got 3 reps but the weight is bent, so it made the lift awkward. 95's next time. :(


joints
Everything feels good... BioFreeze is the shit. Put a little on my trouble wrist and knee and I am G2G.


Strength
No real gains to speak of, but that is expected this early.

Mood
Everything is copasetic.



Negative Sides
I am going to switch the injections to the AM and see how it works, Cuz I was awake all night sweating(not to bad). Previous 2 injections I noticed some mild insomnia but this 3rd one was very noticeable. Going to get NyQuil, and Meltonian...

Diet

We had a family gathering this weekend and everyone went to pizza hut. It is mostly my wife's family and they already were looking at me crazy because I was carrying my gallon of H2O. They go "what kinda pizza do you like?" I replied "I am on a diet I cannot eat pizza..." The waitress comes around everyone orders the crap and then it was my turn, "I'd like 22 traditional wings no sauce" Everyone "I thought you were on a diet" I AM BABY GET SOME!!! ate everyone of them bitches.

good luck..

just something to look out for are the signs of low estrogen. it can hurt you and hurt your gains and cycle.

also watch your joints if your weights start increasing big time. you need to take care of them and watch out for sudden increases.

Low estrogen signs can be hard to nail down while taking Tren... What Signs do you look for? I am only taking .5 mgs Arimidex E3D...

Learned the Joint issue the hard way. Too strong for my body last cycle... I am very aware of this and take the necessary precautions on this cycle. Good warm up, Dynamic stretches, and start with 2-3 warm up(less weight) sets.
 
with tren you should have caber or prami on hand incase prolact bulid up..idk if u listed u did or not i didnt read it

Yeah I am also taking .5 Cabergoline E3D. When I said "I am only taking .5 Arimidex" I was referring the JudoTom's concern about low estrogen.

Week#3

Nothing really to report.The only thing I feel is the pumps are increasing. Unisom has helped me sleep. Weight 199. Can't wait for the strength and hardness!

Thinking about lowering my Test to 100-150 a week and up my Tren to 500. Going to give it another week at current dosage of 250 test 400 Tren.

Knee injury might be serious... So I am having to train around it. All others joints feel good. Shoulder got a little sore yesterday doing chest, I think it was mainly pumped!!


Strength
To be honest yesterday was the first day I felt the strength but it was for sure there, no question. Shit just got real. Took the BENT 100's, on flat bench, and reped out 10 times on my 6 set of chest. Shit just got real.. lol

Mood
I can feel the mood swings, but i am completely able to control them. I got pissed off at work for no real reason, reflected, and got over it. Aggressive in the gym would be an understatement...


Negative Sides
Last night I noticed the difference in cardio capacity felt like something heavy was sitting on my chest when I was getting it on. Also I sweat like a pig, but I like it. Sleep is very different, I wake up at 4 am to piss and my mind feels like it is mid day (wide awake) Unisome has really helped so far. I take it on injection day and the day after. other 2 days it is not needed. well not yet...


Diet
Appetite is noticeably suppressed. Force feeding for sure. I have a heighten sense of what my body needs and craves. I am actually doing good. Not a ton of weight gain but I don't care about the scale.


MISC.
noticed the vascularity started showing itself!!! yeah buddy cant wait. Pumps are crazy, feels so good.

I upped my dosage of Tren E to 480 a week with 250 test.
 
Holy shit I feel like a beast like seriously!!! Energy goes way down and way up. Right now I feel like I can take over the world... I am a little short fused but nothing crazy, I just manage it. Strength is fucking outrageous and body is just now starting to change... I'll do a formal post with the forum I've used previously next week. Jut want to give you a quick update

Stronger than ever. Hit back today and it felt great. 4 set of Wide grip pull ups with a 45 pound plate hanging by 10... Almost pulling the stack on lat pull downs!

Joints
Knee is still fucked up going to the doc next week.... little worried about it... Everything else feels great... Shoulders get really pumped and hinder my shoulder and chest workout about 30 mins in but i just fight through it.


Mood
I wanted the post this week mainly because of this section... I can honestly say I underestimate the mood changing effects of tren.... I have to really watch it... Drank some vodka waters this weekend made it much worse, not drinking anything for the rest of the cycle... If I don't hit the gym hard as fuck the next day I can feel the tension in my bones... Just beware if you are worried about ROID RAGE... for the most part I control it fine, but I am fucking tense... lol


Negative Sides
Nothing really, I like the metallic taste now.. yummmm.... I like sweating like a pig in the gym.. night sweats are there but i just shower in the morning...

Diet
Force feed... hunger is down... intake is still the same.


MISC.
Veins are bulging, pumps are painfully good, strength is though the roof, and body is changing... So far me likey!!

Careful on the anger. It could get worse so always remind yourself that it is the Tren doing this to you. Keep reminding yourself that. Also, please do NOT drink while using Tren...or any AAS for that matter. Drink as much water as you can. I'd take some milk thistle too if I were you. Also, just keep on eating bro. The more you eat with Tren and Test, the more you'll grow! Keep it up, good luck! :supercool
 
@ Conanx- Thanks for the post. Yeah... no drinking for me lol... I take milk thistle... Dieting is way harder than lifting, but i am doing good... love the strength and attitude in the gym tren gives me!
 
Quick update... Six weeks down... Starting week 7.... 205 lbs... Body has really started to change... If it keeps going like this in 2 weeks when I am down... I would say the results could be dramatic... If it stops now... I would still be happy... Mentally this shit is strong... Woke up from a emotional dream, drenched in sweat, wanting to cry... But I also did 315 x 2 yesterday soooo...

400 isnt that high for Tren e its probably the most common dose. 600 is high. 200 is low...
Id also just run the test at 500.

Glad the cycle is goin well. Looks like u may be one of the lucky ones who can handle tren.
I guess the killed appetite isn't as bad when ur cutting, but for a lean bulk this alone made Tren a bad choice for me..

U not got lethargy or back pumps?
 
Doses are at 500 tren e ... 250 test e... Do not see a reason to increase the test... If anything I would go up to 600 tren... Lethargy hasn't really been a problem.... Its there but not horrible... Back pumps are there... But they aren't any different than the shoulder pumps or leg pumps... Painfully good... Dbol gave me those sick back pumps, that stopped my workout....
 
Sorry y'all week into pct now!!!! Feel great weight is same as when I started but I look different!!! Already feel fully recover! Did an idiot move and delete my before pic!! Here is an after pic and assure you I was no where near this hard or big when I started with 3-4% more body fat(maybe) also posted a picture of my goal!!! Lol frank is a beast!!View attachment 51633
