I tried experimenting with quick oats and whey immidiately PW instead of my usual gluc/whey for the sake of I felt like I was gonna crashm burn and sleep as soon as it would hit my mouth...........ever since, my gains have been increasing daily and are MUCH leaner than I have ever experience.......just thought I'd share, but remember, what works for some, may not work for others..........just a thought.
