Low G.I PW, No Mo CRASH!

I tried experimenting with quick oats and whey immidiately PW instead of my usual gluc/whey for the sake of I felt like I was gonna crashm burn and sleep as soon as it would hit my mouth...........ever since, my gains have been increasing daily and are MUCH leaner than I have ever experience.......just thought I'd share, but remember, what works for some, may not work for others..........just a thought.
 
Arent you on a cycle right now bro? That could be why gains have been increasing daily maybe? Anyways, I always eat simple carbs PW. I was reading an article the other day stating that honey was the ideal PW sugar to consume. Better than malt or dextrose too. Cant remember all the details behind it, but might give it a shot. I will try to dig it up.

I use the Dextrose post workout but have cut back the dosage to 25 grams and the protein down to 25 grams as well. Originally everything was at 50 grams each. I have found this to work much better, no bloat and no tiredness. And exactly 90 minutes later i feel hungry as hell. That's when i have the Tilapia with rice and hemp oil like i wrote out for you in another thread. I literally saw my body turn harder within days on this. I am starting to feel (as i get older) that overeating is just as bad as undereating. When i overload my body with too many cals at once it crashes.
 
Not on a cycle and havent been in a long ass time..............I always felt like complete ass after my shake, and NEVER hungry even 2 hours later which is right smack before bed....now, I just go 1 cup pre, 1/2 cup post and 1 cup pre-bed.........
