low-fat barbecue sauce and ketchup

That might be somewhat tough since both ketchup and bbq sauce have a ton of sugar. You may be able to make your own sauce using splenda. There are also recipes online to make your own ketchup.

For a great bbq sauce recipe which is REALLY easy on the food tv site look up Neeleys sauce recipe. If you cant find it let me know and I will send it to you.

Thanks for your reply. That'd be great if you could post the recipe.

I appreciate it. :)

KC Masterpiece has a Low Calorie BBQ Sauce. It has 0 sugar and 2 carbs

Heinz has a low-carb ketchup. Also, check out this low-carb web-site. I have ordered from them before. Some of the stuff is really good and some taste like shit.

Have you or anyone tried the KC Masterpiece bbq sauce? Does it taste good?

How about the Joknal low carb, low sugar, bbq sauce and ketchup? I wonder if they taste good.

+1 on Heinz low carb ketchup!!! I used to use that in all sauces 1 bottle will get you through 2 big batches of bbq sauce despite the small size (I cut the bottle open and scrape it all out!!) :)
