Low energy

New member
Hey guys,

First post, so be gentle with me. :)

I was wondering if any of you had any ideas of what might cause low energy, fatigue. Overall I'm active, healthy, not overweight, I could maybe stand to lose 5-10 pounds, but nothing major.

Anyway, on a daily basis I always have a fatigued feeling, always tired and when it comes to working out I always have low energy. I have a good diet, no sugars or salts, lots of water. I have no clue what could cause this. This is one of those things that has gone on for some time now, but never thought much about it.

I once had my thyroid checked, but the docs said everything was fine, so I'm at a loss and can't really afford to visit the doc every week to get test done.

Either it's low thyroid or low testosterone, or both. The problem with the thyroid is that it can fluctuate wildly. You should really try to set up blood tests spaced about 2 weeks apart to see if yout thyroid is really up to speed.

It could be a million things,

Most likely physical or psychological,

If your not depressed or anxious very likely physical,

Do you go to the gym?

Try some amply 02 or drink some redline, for the gym.

I am going through the same thing right now, don’t know why?

me too - I think it might be less daylight OR it can just be burnout. I'm in the middle of a 3 week break from training because I have not taken one in over 3 years.

I'm due for a break - maybe you are too? Physically and mentally?

I think your prabobly just depressed or bored. Try to change things around. I know if I stay on a set scedule too long I get that way. I also take NO xplode b4 workouts, with some rockin music.
