My carb intake like? maybe not high enough i am eating 5, 6, times a day. so far i have gain 15lbs now lost 5lbs maybe some Gatorade can help. in the morning i wake up tire & in my workouts i run out of gas.
have you looked at your diet? The problem could be your protein/carb/fat ratio... you could be eating very high in protein food, but low in carb... That will give you low energy situation as you discribe... Look at what you eat...
