What is the lowest dose of Deca that will give relief to the joints. Not looking to get huge off Deca just take care of hurting joints from sports and weights.

100mg ew is good.. will still shut you down as just as hard as 800mg ew though, usually wanna take some test with that

I am on 600mgs of Deca. Part of the reason for 600 is I am on 800 of Test E.
