Hey guys! I just finished my first cycle with 500mg test E/12week, I gained about 20 pounds of which I kept 15. I am very satisfied with my results, and already want to start planning my next cycle.
The thing his, I just joined Military college, and my goals are different than for my first cycle. I mainly want to increase recovery capacity, endurance and strength (to some extent) All of this while keeping side effects like back pumps and water retention that could affect my training negatively in check. I don't want the same kind of results I got from the test, the bulkiness does not really fit my goals at the time.
The other concern is pinning frequency, I do not have any privacy during week days, so long esters that require only weekly injections are more convenient to me. I can get Test U that I thought about running at HRT dose. With that I want to run either Deca or EQ at a low dose, with maybe some winny to bridge to PCT.
So my question is: What compound would be better to achieve my goals? And what would be considered a low dose for this compound?
