for a beginner can you really see results for stacking test at 250mg a week and deca at 300 a week or should you do at least 500 and 400
 
You would get great results from that but IMO you need to run more test if your running Deca. I wouldnt run that cycle though.
 
in my opinion thats more that enought to make good gains for a begginer.i believe in startin low and working your way up i mean if you start with 500mg test after a couple cycles you will have to up the dose also you dont know how you are gonna react to it.i would also recommend runing one or the other so you can see how you react to each if your using bolth and you have sides you wont be sure whats causing them you can probably maKE GOOD GAINS ON 250MG test e or sus a week maybe use some dbol for the first 3-4 weeks while you wait for the test to kick in 15-20 mg dbol will do most peeps on here will tell you 250mg is not enough everyone is different so you need to try aND SEE 250mg is low but with proper diet ,training and rest you should get good results hope this helps bro good luck and be safe
 
save the deca for later, when you already know how ur body reacts to just test. for a beginner i dont think 500mg/week is necessary. do 250cc e4d or e5d maybe. i think 250/week might be a little light. throw some dbol in for a month.
 
If I were you I would add in something more anabolic at the end of your cycle to solidify your gains. Deca and sust is not a very good cycle to keep gains afterwards. Winny, Primo, Eq are some good ideas for anabolic counterparts to your sust. Run the sust at 375 and you'll be happy for sure and then run the anabolic part in the last few weeks of your cycle.
 
why do people say beginners shouldnt touch tren for their first i read up alot and it seems great i know its potent but it seems like that and test would be the shit

250mg a week of test is fine for the beginner, you want to see how your systems responds to test alone anyway. Eventually you'll figure out what works best and what isn't worth it. I would use the test by itself and you should be satisfied with the results.

yo stryker...was that your 1st cycle? if not...how many did you have under your belt? and how much of the gains did you keep? just wondering.
