Low carb diet cought up with me

I can't shit!

i'm on a low carb diet and i haven't had any problems with pooping. i added dnp and it dehydrated me and now i got a rock stuck in my ass. i normailly run 20+ miles per week but i got a stress fracture about 6 weeks ago and i can't run till may 1st. anyone have any quick fixes?

this is what i tried today:
20 grams of vitamin C
3 grams of magneusim
10 liters of water
20 tablespoon of sorbital (sugar free syrup)
6 pieces of nicotine gum......


so far feel more like puking than shitting
 
I try to consume 25-35g of fiber daily -- usually keeps me regular.

Otherwise, hot jalapenos or coffee helps....btw I had the same prob when on very low carb diet....

i take enough fiber..... what happens when you take lots of fiber like me ( psyllium and flax meal) with no water = death.... i am dry in there from the dnp dehydrating me..... i got to get this shit out
 
go get some ckls from the vitamin store. take 2 of those and drink 6-8 oz. of virgin olive oil. you will shit yourself clean.
 
4 t-rex and a large coffee got shit moving this morning.........still have some left in the tank. i shit 3.5 lbs worth (including a small piss) weighed in before dumping then after

WOW, that's an impressive turd man. Congratulations
 
Why not take a dose of exlax. Just to get things moving again, then be sure to keep well hydrated, keep the fiber up, and don't be sedentary.

The one thing you want to prevent is an impaction. A nurse will have to remove it with her finger if you get one of those.

ckd is not what i'm on.......low carb means i get carbs from indirect sources of food such as low carb milk, protien powders, cheese, veggies, etc. No direct sources of carbs like bread, rice, potatoes, oatmeal....etc! they are too high in carbs. black beans are as far as i will go in terms of direct carbs. I have between 25-75 carbs per day. CKD is not a good diet for me....CKD works well with fat people.....not lean people so much. although some will argue. i seem to loose muscle when my protien drops below 100g per day (which is CKD)
 
T-rex always gets me regular. Glad I'm not the only one to feel it's affect in the bowls.
