Low back

Ok bros i need a lower back exercise that wont cause my disks to ache. i have 2 ruptured disks in my lower back from a car acident about 9 years ago. any advice bros thx
 
I have an extruding disc right now and I do the following:

hyper extensions (on the machine and the physioball)
seated cable rows
lat pulldowns

I also do a ton of bodyweight stuff, which is really what you need to do. lots of stretching (back and hams) too.
 
What kinds of bodyweight stuff do you do?

No reverse hypers?

Has your disc gotten any better? Over the course of how long?
