Love the test hate the bloat

I realize this has probably been covered numerous times in the past but trying to run a plat search for this is like trying to find a needle in haystack w/ all the posts about it. Getting ready for next cycle and want to run the test but the bloat sux. Aifm and potassium tabs haven't helped in the past. Any new ideas on this subject or am I just relegated to being one of the people who just look at test and bloat?

How high did you take the Potassium dosage? Did you make an effort to reduce Sodium? Maybe you need to move up to Letro.

How much AIFM are you using? I am thinking the same thing as BW you may be a candidate for Letro.

Gotta find the potasium to check the dosage but I was up to 4 pumps per day on the aifm. eg two on the feet in the am before work and two on the forearms in the pm before bed. Stuff is a powerful AI so not sure I want to up the dosage.

Letro?

I know everyone's body chemistry is different, but unless he's using way over a gram of test I think the culprit of the bloat is the diet (sodium/potassium balance, water intake, carb intake etc). 2 pumps of AIFM is keeping me dry on 2 grams of gear and GH.

sometimes it cannot be helped, as a woman it makes me very uncomfortable and feeling very unattractive but you can do things to help by your diet, reducing your sodium intake, increasing your water intake, yes you go to the loo more often, but you are constantly flushing your system

If bulking, and eating a ton of carbs (and bad fats if eaten), especially high GI carbs, then insulin will also have an effect on water retention. Take some r-ALA (I use Glucorell), monitor carb intake, try to use lower GI carb sources, and keep sat fat out as much as possible (or atleast with high GI carbs). Fast foods, if eaten, have a lot of sodium, trans fat/sat fat, and are usually low protein and high carb. Just something to keep in mind.

You will not eliminate all bloat if bulking....that is impossible. In other words, do not even think about 100% correcting it if you think it is possible, because for 95% of the people, they just have to accept it to a degree.

Keep AI's and potassium up as well. Drink boat loads of water at least 1 gallon....preferably 2 gallons.

Too much water can kill you, look at the woman who did the nintendo wii contest.

Just a thought.

there are more than one cause of bloat. You can bloat on letro, though this is mainly due to insulin issues (due to androgenic influence). particularly gut bloating.

you can up your AIFM dosage as well 6 pumps may be more appropriate.

as far as pottassium generally reccomend 800-1200 spread throughout the day.

Letrozole is an option, so dont count it out. Though it has its drawbacks, it does tend to produce the highest level of dryness.

as mentioned glucorell can help with insulin related bloat.

Run it with Proviron at 25mg a day all threw your cycle and some weeks after.

proviron will reduce bloating, this effect is two fold. DHT like binding as well as increasing Free DHT and Test because of strong affinity for SHBG.

though this may exacerbate insulin sensitivity issues.

The thing about the woman that died from water intoxication is tha tshe did it all in a short period without eliminating any of it. Drinking 1-2 gallons of water a day is not unhealthy if done consistently THROUGH the day.
