Love Handles

I have a build like a football player.. BigwWide Shoulders, big neck, and chest. I don't have to work out much to see a big difference. Unfortunately my waist does not look proportionate to the rest of my body

I did the Atkins diet for like a month and I lost some of the love handles, but gained it back . Atkins is a waste of time. I'd much rather live a lifestyle of working out and eating right.

I've been doing some cardio, situps, crunches and hopefully it will work.

I have the exact problem. I started running 3 times a week (built up to 2 miles but I'm slow), I ride the bike for 30 mins before each workout, and I swim about 2 times a week. I've only lost 5 lbs. in the 2 months that I've been doing this. I have been reading about LIPOSTABIL. Apparently you inject it and it emulsifies fat. However I think that it only works well for those who have small amounts to lose.

I did an 8 wk cycle of

Winstrol inj 50mg eod
Tren 75mg ed
EQ 400mg per week

starting weight was 305lbs and ended at 280lbs. Gained solid mass from that cycle as well. I'm 270 now and want to do that again but up the winny to ed.

You can't spot reduce without taking drugs like HGH...or getting plastic surgery. So concentrate on doing plenty of cardio in the AM, eating right, and lifting to maintain the muscle that you presently have. Don't worry about doing a cycle right now...at high levels of bodyfat, muscle wasting usually isn't a problem.
